SALT Leadership Programme
is jointly organized by St Peter’s Hall (Trinity Theological
College) and the Theological Education Board (Diocese of Singapore).
It aims to provide additional training for lay leaders and fulltime
workers (including parish workers, youth pastors, missionaries)
so that they are better equipped to lead and serve in the Anglican
Church. It also aims to help build and enrich our common life
across our diocese & deaneries.
It is designed to complement
the various discipleship and education programmes in parishes
and established theological or biblical
training programmes in local institutions.
Learning will involve
classroom teaching, regular interaction with other lay
leaders/clergy, personal readings, projects
and personal mentoring.
