ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (HR)

Duties

  • Assist and support the HR Manager and HR Board
  • Handle operational and administrative work related to HR
  • Other duties as and when assigned by the Executive Officer

Requirements

  • a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource (preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Mature, self-motivated, meticulous and able to work independently
  • Able to handle confidential documents
  • At least 3 years’ of related work experience in a similar position

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (PR & COMMUNICATIONS)

Responsibilities:

  • Print
    • To work on Diocesan Digest (twice a year) and other Diocesan Publications
    • Writing of articles and to assist in covering corporate events
  • Digital / Graphic Design
    • Maintaining and updating Diocesan websites, corporate publicity platforms & social media
    • Designing flyers and brochures / corporate materials
    • Official Photographer / edit Photographs for publishing
  • Public Relation
    • Assist in PR & Communications duties
    • Hospitality

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing / Art Design / Visual Communications or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in relevant design field
  • Good knowledge in design softwares e.g Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Able to multi-task, work under tight deadlines and a good team player
  • Possess creative flair, passionate and proficient in design work
