HR MANAGER

Duties
• Oversee the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures for Diocesan clergy and employees
• Manage HR operations
• Manage training and development of Diocesan staff

Requirements
• Postgraduate Degree in Human Resource (preferred)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Mature, good leadership and interpersonal skills
• At least 8-10 years’ of related work experience in a managerial position

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (BOARD OF CHINESE-SPEAKING WORK)

Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and co-ordination support  for Board and Ministry arms
• Attend Board meetings and provide secretarial support
• Budgeting and planning for Board
• Manage co-ordination work for publications and website
• Provide chinese translation and communication of articles and publications
• Other duties as and when assigned by the Executive Officer / Chairman of Board of Chinese-Speaking Work

Requirements
• a Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• Proficient in MS Office
• Bilingual
• Mature , Responsible and a good team player
• Relevant Work experience will be an advantage

FINANCE OFFICER

Reports to the Accountant

Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivables
- Accounts Payables
- Monthly Billing
- Petty Cash
- Bank Reconciliation
- Any other duties assigned by Accountant

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting/ACCA partial
- 3-4 years' experience in accounts department with hands-on experience in ACCPAC (SAGE)
- Mature, Meticulous and responsible

PART-TIME RECORD MANAGEMENT OFFICER
This is a contract position to do archiving work for a minimum of 12 months, reporting to the Executive Officer.
The contract is renewable subject to performance and workload.

Requirements
- thorough, meticulous
- able to work independently
- knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Access
- bilingual in English and Mandarin
- experience working in a library
- experience with archiving work
- Diploma holder

Job Description
- Catalogue and preserve documents, publications, etc. in the Diocesan office
- continue with the archiving work


Salary will commensurate with qualifications and work experience.  Medical and insurance coverage will also be provided.
